Not an heirloom, but just the ticket!I hesitate to buy "cheap" lamps (been there, done that, junked too many of 'em). I wanted a wall-hugger to stand behind a recliner as a reading light, and this is just tall enough for the purpose with an easy-to-reach switch. Solved my reading light problem without cluttering up the room or requiring installation of a new fixture on the wall or ceiling. Assembly instructions were vague yet adequate. Seems to be pretty sturdy and of good quality. Cheers! James E. M.
